Viewing Terminated Employee Hours using Timesheets

How to view terminated employee's hours in Timesheets (located in Namely Payroll).

In Namely Payroll, if an employee has a termination date, even if it is dated in the future, those employees will not show active in Timesheets by default.

To view a terminated employee’s hours in timesheets, you will need to do the following:

  1. Log into Namely Payroll.

  2. Click TimeSheet.

  3. Select ApproveTimeLog.

  4. Filter By Status: All

  5. Click Find.

This will include employees who are active during the pay cycle and those who have been terminated. By default, only active employees show when approving time cards.
