Updating the Time Zone for Employee Time Cards
How to ensure employees' hours are documented correctly according to their time zone.

Process
If you need to update a time zone for an employee's timecard in Timesheets, our engineering team will need to make this adjustment for you. Please submit a ticket via the Help Community, and include the following details:
For which employee(s) do you need to update the time zone? Or for all employees?
What time zone have the employee(s) been clocking in under, and which would you like them to be under?
What dates would you like the changes to apply to? Or, if it will be a permanent change, what date would you like the changes to take/to have taken effect? (The time zone change can be back-dated.)
If you're multi-EIN and are changing the time zone for all employees in one EIN, would you also like to update the time zone for your other branches? If so, please let us know which ones.
Should we update the time zone only for unapproved punches within the stated date range? Or also for approved punches within the stated date range?
