How do you create a side-by-side review?

To create a side-by-side review: 

• Select the Self Review, with an Administrator Template.

  • This option allows for the same template to be side-by-side, and empowers the manager to act as an administrator, with the ability to send reviews back to the employee for revisions.

• The side-by-side layout will be automatically triggered when the same template is chosen for both an Admin and Self, Admin and Employee, or Admin and Self and Employee during review cycle creation.

  • This will involve grouping responses to the same question on the same template together.
