Wiring Your Funds to Namely
This article will explain how to wire your funds to Namely in instances where we have not collected for taxes with an "applied for" or invalid tax ID.
Namely cannot collect any taxes without a valid tax ID. This includes taxes with IDs that have been marked as "Applied for" in Namely or entered invalidly.
TIP:
Submitting uncollected taxes from prior quarters marked as Applied for? Submit a case in the Help Community and select Payroll > Taxes > Tax Services > File for Return.
Once a valid ID has been entered in Namely, we will begin collecting taxes from subsequent pay cycles, however, if you would like us to remit uncollected taxes incurred before the ID was provided, you will need to wire the uncollected funds to Namely.
To wire your funds to Namely, please use the Namely Treasury Bank Wire Form.
