Why do I receive an error message when I click "Manage Payroll"?

To resolve the issue, make sure the employee in question has a payroll profile within Namely Payroll under Employee > Search. If an employee profile does not exist, please make sure the Profile Status in HCM is not missing any fields. Be sure to check the Error Log in Namely Payroll for any syncing blocks.

Additionally, you should check the list of 
Users in Namely Payroll by going to Company > Users and ensure the correct role is listed.

Note: If the employee(s) Tax tab is incomplete on their profile, clicking theManage Payroll link will not allow the user to successfully gain access to Namely Payroll as an admin.
