Where do the FFCRA and CARES Act credit appear on the Forms W-2, 940 and 941?

FFCRA Pay Types (Federal Paid Medical Leave - Tier 1, Federal Paid Medical Leave - Tier 2, and Federal Paid Family Leave) will be included on a separate notice provided by Namely.

FFCRA pay types are seamlssly mapped to the designated sections of the Form 941 for the proper credit. You will find the Qualified Sick Leave Wages and Qualified Family Leave Wages in Rows 5a (i) and 5a (ii), respectively.

Please note, there is no change to Form 940 because of these wages.
