What happens when payroll is approved in Namely?

When Approve Payroll is clicked, Namely remits funds via an ACH transfer, and prepares NACHA files to deposit funds to bank accounts. Funds live in Namely's account between remittance and payment. Tax remittances are paid to the IRS at this time, as well.

Payment will be processed three days after payroll is approved, unless you're set up with a Reverse Fund Wire.
