What does it mean when an employee’s Demographic field is marked Incomplete in Payroll?

Employees only need to be assigned one default org type (Office Location, Department, or Division) to be included in Payroll. Any org types that are not assigned to an employee in HCM will display as Incomplete in Payroll. Similarly, if there are gaps in an employee’s org unit assignments, they will display as Incomplete in Payroll. 

Having an Incomplete Demographic assignment will not impact an employee’s ability to be included in Payroll.

If you are only assigning one org type, we recommend assigning 
Office Location for taxation purposes.
