What does it mean if an employee is not syncing into Namely Payroll?
In order for an employee to Sync from HRIS to Namely Payroll the following information must be present on the “General” tab of their profile:

First name
-
Last name
-
Company email
-
DOB
-
SSN
-
Gender
-
Marital status
-
Home address
-
Pay group
Additionally, an active wage, pay group, and banking information must be included as well. Once these fields are added the employee should sync over to Namely Payroll without issue.
