OVERVIEW

Namely has partnered with Nelco for your 2024 W-2, 1099, and ACA forms mailing and printing needs.

W-2 AND 1099 FORMS

To request a mailed and printed W-2 or 1099 form you can submit a Help Community case using the below selections:

  • Category:Payroll N

  • Case Type:W-2

  • Subject: W-2 Needs

  • Issue: Type one of these options:

    • W-2 Printing - All Employees

    • W-2 Printing Paper Election Only

    • W-2 Printing – Terminated Employees

    • W-2 Printing – Terminated Employees and Paper Election Employees Only

    • W-2 Printing Select Employees

After you submit your ticket our team will reach out to you within three business days with a count and price quote. After you have reviewed and confirmed the price with our team, we will handle the rest!

You will be able to see a report and status of your print requests right in the Payroll Center.

The deadline for requesting printed and mailed W2 or 1099 forms is Tuesday, January 21st.Please note, any expedited printing requests or requests made after this date will be subject to a price increase.

TIP:

If you need to review your paper return request to determine its accuracy, we recommend pulling a W2 & 1095 Consent Status Report. This report is located in Namely Payroll under Date Range for 2024.

ACA

You can request printed and mailed ACA forms directly through the ACA Wizard. Select Print under the Request Print column to begin.

After you have submitted your request in the Wizard you will receive a pop-up message with the count and price quote. Once you have reviewed and confirmed the price, the request will be submitted to our team for processing with Nelco. The requested files and the price will be subtracted from your one or your next two pay cycles. Print status is tracked directly on the dashboard. 

The IRS deadline for employees to have access to their 1095 forms electronically or mailed versions postmarked to remain in compliance is Monday, March 3, 2025.Please note, any expedited printing requests or requests made after this date will be subject to a price increase.If you have any questions about ACA printing submit a ticket in ClientSpace under Benefits > ACA 1094/1095.

Please note, if you transitioned to Namely as a PEO Graduation client you are required to handle printing services outside of Namely’s platform as Nelco cannot process print requests for partial year filings.

PRICING INFORMATION

The pricing is $4.65 per form printed and mailed.Expedited printing requests or requests made after the cut-off date will be subject to a price increase.

Where are W-2 and 1099 forms sent?

The forms will be mailed to your employees.

How do I see a report of my requests?

The status and employee counts will be viewable in your Namely Payroll dashboard. You will also have the option on your dashboard to download a report containing further detail at the employee.

Will undeliverable W-2s be sent back to our organization or Nelco?

Your organization's address will be listed under the return address. Undeliverable W-2s will be sent back to your organization.
