Unlimited Hour Benefits and Employee Hour Benefit Auto Assignment
We have removed restrictions on the number of active hour benefits you can apply in a pay cycle. Additionally, all active hour benefits at the company level will be automatically applied to all employees in a pay group upon kicking a pay cycle off for that pay group.

We have removed restrictions on the number of active hour benefits you can apply in a pay cycle. Additionally, all active hour benefits at the company level will be automatically applied to all employees in a pay cycle upon kicking it off.
UNLIMITED HOUR BENEFITS
Moving forward, you'll be able to include an unlimited number of active hour benefits in a pay cycle.
To add a new active hour benefit:

Go to Namely Payroll.

Select Company > Hour Benefit Type.

Click Add.
Upon kicking off a pay cycle, any active hour benefits created at the company-level will be automatically applied to all employees included in that pay cycle. Hour benefits will populate in the Hours section of an employee's wages in step 1 of payroll processing.
PAYSTUBS
Employee paystubs will show only the hour benefits for which they were paid.
REPORTS
To make it easier to view active hour benefits included in a pay cycle, we've updated the Preview Hours Input Sheet report to a CSV. To download this report:

Click on the Reports tab.

Select the desired pay cycle.

Under CSV Reports, click Payroll Hours Input Sheet.
