Namely collects and remits funds to pay your taxes if we have your tax information in the system, however, there are a number of taxes we do not file, collect and remit. We report on these taxes, but it is your responsibility to collect and remit funds to the following agencies:

• New York Paid Family Leave

• New York State Disability Insurance

• Washington Labor & Industries (Workers Comp)

• Vermont Health Care

 Taxes that Namely does not calculate, collect or remit

• Alabama Business Privilege Tax

• California Environmental Fee

• California Mountain View Business License Head Tax 

• California Sacramento Business Operations Tax

• California - San Francisco Over Paid Executive Gross Receipts Tax

• California - San Francisco Administrative Office Tax (AOT)

• Delaware Employee Training Fund (DETF)

• New Jersey Combined Annual Assessments

• New Jersey Waterfront

• Nevada Modified Business

• New York Interest Assessment Surcharge (IAS)

• New York Waterfront Payroll Tax

• Seattle Payroll Expense Tax

• Any other states' Workers Comp

• Any non-payroll related taxes; including but not limited to Sales & Use, and Excise
