Provisioning Access to Namely Payroll
This process doc explains how to provision access to Namely Payroll for an internal user.
If you need access to Namely Payroll regularly as a core part of your job function, our IT team can help! You'll want to follow these steps to be granted access:

Request IT Help Desk (helpdesk@namely.com) to add your account to NamelyPayroll.com as an ADMIN with the "active" flag set to false.

You must CC your manager on this request, so that they can confirm that you need this access.

You'll want to indicate which environments you need access for.

Once IT confirms access has been granted, go to NamelyPayroll.com, enter your Namely e-mail address as the User Name and click Reset Password.

Check your email and complete the reset password workflow.

NOTE: If you do not have production access you are supposed to see an error 'Error: No accounts available.' after successfully completing password Reset. Ignore the error.
You'll need to wait a day for access to INT and Staging environments. Our INT and Staging environments are restored nightly from production.
Once the data in our production environment has propagated to INT and staging, the password reset will be reflected in both environments. Once the data is restored, you will be able to log into NamelyPayroll when pointing to the INT or Staging environment.
