Pennsylvania State Unemployment Insurance: TPA Authorization

  1.     Go to this URL: www.uctax.pa.gov

  2.     Enter your user ID in the Keystone ID field, enter your Password, and click the Login button.

  3.     Click the Employer Profile link in the left sidebar.

  4.   Click the Manage Representatives link the left sidebar.

  5.     Click the Add New Representative link.

  6.     Enter the TPA's account number (8584134145), and identify all of the services the TPA will be able to perform for your company (select each of the following: “Filing Quarterly Reports and Adjustments”, “Contribution Rate Information”, and “Delinquencies Account Discrepancies”).

  7.     Indicate whether or not notices such as statements of accounts, and rate notices should be sent to the you or the TPA (ALL notices should continue to be mailed/delivered to you, the client).

  8.    Click Submit.

  9.    Click the Log Off link in the left sidebar.

Once this is complete, please notify your Account Manager. Namely will then verify the TPA relationship setup.
