Our company wants to match employee donations to COVID-19 related charitable organizations. Can we set this up in Namely Payroll?
Yes. You can set up a post tax deduction in Namely Payroll under Company > Deductions using the the deduction type Post-Tax Deduction. You can set the company match in the Employer Cost section. For example, if you want to match employee donations dollar for dollar, you would base the contributions on Employee Contribution and set the amount per pay period to be 100%.
