Oklahoma SUI Third Party Administrator (TPA) Access

  1. Log in to your Oklahoma Employment Security Commission Employer Portal online services account, here: https://eztaxexpress.oesc.state.ok.us/.

    *Please note that the user must be the Employer Administrator in order to complete this setup, as they will have the proper permissions. If you don’t have the login credentials, you will need to either utilize the “Create New User Id (Registration),” “Reset Password,” or “Retrieve User Id” function. Additionally, the EZ Tax Express Help Desk can be reach by phone (405-557-5452) or email (eztaxexpress@oesc.state.ok.us).

  1. Once you’re logged in, you will be routed to the “Welcome to EZ Tax Express!” page. Navigate to the “Portal Administration” link on the left panel, and then click “Manage TPA Relationships.”

  1. On the “TPA Search” page, click in the “FEIN:” box and type “453760169.” “NAMELY INC” will populate under the “TPA Name” column. Click “Grant Access,” and confirm that the information below populates:

    TPA Name: NAMELY INC

    Street 1: 195 Broadway

    Street 2: 15th Floor

    City Name: NEW YORK

    State: NY

    Zip Code: 10007

    Access Permission (Roles): TPA Tax All

 

If the name and address information matches, and the “TPA Tax All” is selected, click “Grant Access.”

 

  1. Once you click “Grant Access” for the second time, you should see “Permissions granted successfully” at the top of the page. Additionally, you should see Namely listed in your “My TPAs” table. At this point, you’re done! Be sure to let your Account Manager know when this process is complete. Namely will then confirm on their end.
