New and Improved Payee Page

Get an inside look at the new and improved Payee page in Namely Payroll.

OVERVIEW

We’re continuing our mission to provide you with the most intuitive, yet powerful management of data experience ever! With this new update, you’ll be able to easily view and track the agencies to which we remit taxes, garnishments, and other payments on behalf of you and your employees. These agencies, often called Payees, will be easily accessible on your improved Payee page in Namely Payroll.  This update consolidates all your payee information into one easy-to-read page. 

What’s Changing

We have separated payee information into two tabs.

• My Payees – View all your custom payees.

• Global Payees – View our list of common payee agencies, already added and configured for your convenience.

We’ve also updated the Add Payee option to feature a cleaner, more intuitive experience, including additional data validation to ensure you’re adding the right information.

What Isn’t Changing

Your current Payee data! All your current data and information is right where you left off and ready for you to use.
