Namely Holiday Payroll Processing Calendar
Dates to keep in mind to ensure you keep your intended pay dates during the year.
OVERVIEW
If you're processing payroll with Namely, we suggest adding these important dates to your company’s calendar regarding holiday payroll processing deadlines. To ensure there are no conflicts with your company’s payroll processing dates, review your pay cycle information in Namely Payroll by going to the Company tab, selecting Pay Group, and clicking Print Preview to see your pay cycle schedule.
If you are processing payroll for hourly employees using Timesheets or Namely Time, please be mindful of timecard approval deadlines relative to your payroll processing structure.

Note that all deadlines are 4:00 p.m. ET (1:00 p.m. PT.)
2023-2024 HOLIDAYS
Please see below for important 2023-2024 holidays that may impact payroll processing. For any holidays falling on Sunday, all Federal Reserve Banks and Branches will be closed the following Monday.
