Indiana State Unemployment Insurance: Completing the Agent Authorization

Login to your Indiana Employer Self-Service account via their website:
https://uplink.in.gov/ESS/ESSLogon.htm. If you don’t have login credentials, you will need to utilize the “New User?”, “Forgot Password?”, or “Forgot Username?” function. Additionally, you can contact the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (State Agency for Unemployment Insurance) by phone (800-437-9136, option 3), or by email (askworkone.in.gov) for help.
2. Once you login successfully, you should see a screen titled “Dashboard”. Click on the “Manage Users” button.
3. On the “User Maintenance” page, scroll down to the “External Account Authorizations (Agents)” table and click on “Add Agent”.
4. On the “Agent Search” page, navigate to “Agent ID:” and enter 115081. Then, click “Search”. In the “Search Results” table, confirm that you see an entry for Namely, Inc. and then click “Next (Pencil Icon)”.
5. On the “Add External User” page, navigate to the “Authorization Level” dropdown menu. Select “Wage Records”. Then, navigate to the “Important Information” table and click on the checkbox. Then, click “Next”.
6. Once completed properly, you will get a “User added Sucessfully” message, and Namely will be listed in the “External Account Authorizations (Agents)” table.
At this point, you’re all set! Please notify your Account Manager that this process have been completed. Then, Namely’s Tax Team will verify the Agent authorization
