How to set up electronic funds transfer (EFT)
You can set up an EFT number using Revenue Online or by using a paper form.

Online: Log-in to your Revenue Online account and follow the instructions in this document.

Paper: Download the Electronic Funds Transfer Account Setup for Tax Payments (DR 5785) and mail to the address listed on its upper-left corner, or fax to (303) 205-5779.
