How does Namely handle stale (uncashed) checks?

If Namely identifies any of your uncashed paychecks, you will receive a communication via e-mail from our Marketing team. Once you received an e-mail from us, there is no further action required from your end other than accepting the credit.

All net pay checks that are 90+ days outstanding will be voided and the ACH refunds will be in your bank account within 2-3 business days from the communication e-mail.
