Quarter One Payment Extension (Pursuant to Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-25-20 Eff 3/4/20)

To Whom It May Concern:

Please consider this written request as our official notification to extend our State filings and payment remittance for 60 days in accordance with the above emergency regulation.

● Original due date for quarter one payment: April 30, 2020

● Requested due date for quarter one payment : June 30, 2020.

Unless we are notified otherwise, we will timely file and remit payment for such filing on or before the June 30th due date for quarter one.
