Company Deductions – Released 4/16/2021
We've given the Company > Deductions page in Payroll a makeover, with new filters that make it easier than ever to view your company's deduction information.
OVERVIEW
The Company Deductions page in Namely Payroll has been given a new look, making it easy for payroll administrators to sort, filter, and search their company's deductions.
By default, the Company Deductions page will be filtered to only show active deductions. For each deduction, the table will display:

The deduction's name, code, and start date and end date (if applicable)

The deduction's status (active or inactive)
-
The deduction's type
-
The deduction's taxability (pre or post tax)
-
What portion of the deduction the employer contributes
-
Who last modified the deduction
Click on each column header to re-sort it (except for Employer Amount).
FILTERS AND SEARCH
You can apply filters to the Company Deductions page to view deductions by:

Category (Benefits, Garnishments, Miscellaneous, or Retirement)

Status (Active or Inactive)
-
Taxability (Pre or Post Tax)
Any filters you have applied will display below the filter menu. You can remove them by clicking the X icon. You can also use the search box to look for a specific deduction.
