Cost

Each Jurisdiction is $250. For Managed Payroll clients, this cost is included. 

For purposes of this service, a jurisdiction is defined as a state or a local tax:

• For states, the $250 fee includes the registration of either SIT or SUI (if applicable). It is $250 per application.

• For local taxes, a separate registration is required and there is an additional fee of $250 per local tax jurisdiction registration.

For example, if you need Namely to register your organization with the state of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia local tax, you are expected to pay $250 for PA SIT & SUI and an additional $250 for Philadelphia local tax.  

If you would like to file for a new Jurisdiction and request back filing for that Jurisdiction the cost is $500.
