Why are emails from Namely not coming through to me?
In the event that you do not receive an email from Namely that you would have expected to receive:

Please check your email filters/your junk email folder first.

Next, please check in with your company's IT team. Occasionally, companies use firewall settings that may filter out emails from Namely- if this is the case, your IT team should be able to whitelist emails coming from Namely going forward.

If these checks still has not resolved the issue, please open a ticket with the Namely Service Team via the Help Community, and our Engineering team will be able to investigate.
