Nick Christman, SVP, Client Operations & Product, will be joined by members of our Product team to discuss and demo some of our major Q3 releases, including:

  • Passive Open Enrollment in Namely Benefits 

  • Increased Tax Validations in Namely Payroll (as well as our newly-offered Tax Registration Services)

  • Our new Termination and Rehire Forms

Sara Donaldson, VP, Client Service and Experience, will close out the program with an update on our current Service initiatives, including the impact our Pod model has had on improving SLA pass rates and reducing our case backlog.
