Enhanced HRIS Demos: We provided in-depth demonstrations of the enhancements made to the HRIS, showcasing the new salary bands and the ability to make changes to an employee's employment history based on your needs.

Have you considered adding effective dating to employee types?

This will definitely be considered as part of the enhancement work that we'll be starting soon related to onboarding, LOA, and terminations.

Can Salary Bands be configured based on the geographic location of employees?

Not currently, but this is an enhancement that we'll absolutely consider, as this need is becoming increasingly common. 

Can Salary Band information be imported, rather than having to be manually entered?

Not currently, but this is an enhancement that is likely to be implemented in the near future (especially if the geographic location feature is implemented, as well).

Is it possible for clients who do not use Namely benefits to utilize the automated GTL imputed income calculation feature.

Unfortunately not. The feature only works in conjunction with benefits administered on the Namely platform.

How is it possible for me to be included in focus groups for upcoming features?

If there are specific features that catch your attention and you'd love to participate in a focus group, simply let your CRM know! While we don't create focus groups for every feature, by expressing your interest, we'll ensure you're considered whenever we form a focus group for a feature you want. Your valuable input matters, and we can't wait to collaborate with you on shaping the future of our products!
