Namely Merges with Vensure Employer Services + PrismHR

Today is an important day for Namely, and we want to share the news with you before it is made public later this morning. We have merged with the organization recently created by the combination of Vensure Employer Services (Vensure) and PrismHR.

Since early 2022, I have been working with our Board of Directors to identify the best way to serve our clients and employees for the long term. We have been seeking a partner that could continue the important work we’ve done to serve clients like you and ensure a strong future for Namely's products and its employees.

After an extensive process we are delighted to share with you the news of our combination with Vensure and PrismHR. Vensure is one of the largest Professional Employment Organizations (PEO) in the U.S. The company serves more than 12,000 small- to mid-sized clients, offering core HR, payroll and tax filing; affordable healthcare benefits; workers’ compensation; managed services; and outsourcing solutions. PrismHR provides HR solutions to nearly 85,000 businesses through its community of HR service providers, which include major PEOs such as Vensure. The new entity created through the joining of Vensure and PrismHR is delivering human capital management solutions for every stage of a company’s growth and complexity. Namely further expands the full-service functionality by adding its advanced technology solutions that are in use by more 1,100+ mid-sized clients.

Some of you joined Namely from a PEO while others have relied on Namely to grow as your organizations mature and advance your technology and people operations capabilities. Our future is bright as Namely becomes the primary platform the combined companies will use to serve the needs of mid-sized companies.

Namely clients will benefit from this merger's collective size and resources with 3,600 employees and serving over three million worksite users, 850,000 directly. We'll continue to invest in people, processes, and innovation--enhancing the value you receive from Namely. 

Most importantly, you will see no change in the way you engage with Namely. You can count on:

  • Continued uninterrupted support delivered by your support pod.

  • The same primary contacts you have today (to know who those people are, click the Namely icon on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, select ‘Need Help?’ and the names and contact details for your team will be there if you need it).

  • Communications from Namely about new product features, key milestones for processing and preparation for quarter and year-end support as you’ve been receiving them, fully supported by the Namely Help Community.
