New 'Adjusted Service Date' Field for Namely Time Clients

We've added a new field to employee profiles to allow Namely Time (Powered by TCP) clients to track adjusted service dates in Namely Time.

When rehiring former employees, the Start Date field in Namely HCM automatically reflects the employee's most recent hire date. However, clients who use Namely Time (Powered by TCP) may need to track the employee's original start date or another date for various accrual calculations.
We've added a new field to employee profiles—Adjusted Service Date—that can be used to track an employee's original start date or another date when it is needed and used for accrual calculations in Namely Time.

For clients using Namely Time (Powered by TCP):

  • If the Adjusted Service Date field is filled out, it will be used for accrual calculations.

  • If the Adjusted Service Date field is not filled out, the Start Date field will be used for accrual calculations.
