Welcome to Namely! We’re very excited to partner with you on your Namely Time setup. In this article, you’ll find the first step to your Namely Time setup - our time questionnaire. In our Best Practices section, you’ll find helpful hints of information to have ready before you begin completing your questionnaire. Once completed, your Time Consultant will reach out to you with next steps in the project.

Before completing your Namely Time questionnaire, please have the following information available before you begin:

  • Intended First Employee Punch Date

  • Total Estimated Number of Employees Clocking Time

  • Total Estimated Number of Administrative Users (Managers included in count)

  • Types of Time Employees will be entering in Namely Time (PTO, Jury Duty, Bereavement, etc.)

  • Types of Breaks (Meal or Rest Breaks)

  • Start Day of Your Work Week

  • Employee & Manager Approval Process

  • Primary Contact Information

Process Steps

  • Step 1: Review the Best Practices list above before starting your Namely Time questionnaire. Having this information readily available will help make completing this questionnaire much easier.

  • Step 2: Access and submit your questionnaire by clicking this link here.

  • Step 3: Once you’ve submitted your questionnaire, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt of your questionnaire and a case number to follow for any updates. 

  • Step 4: You can expect your Time Consultant to contact you with the next steps for the project.
