Importing Namely Time Accrual Usage to Namely HRIS
How to import Namely Time Accrual Usage to Namely HRIS.
OVERVIEW
Namely Time clients often track time-off in Time for hourly employees, and in HRIS for salaried employees. You can combine both accrual balance data sources in HRIS to align your time-off data, which is something you may want to consider doing for a couple of reasons:
-
Have a single source of time-off data for reporting purposes.
-
Provide time-off accrual information on paystubs for hourly employees to remain complaint in states like California.
Time data can be entered into your HRIS system en masse by performing a Time Off Import. We recommend performing this import, along with the import detailed in Importing Namely Time Accrual Balances to Namely HRIS prior to running your standard payroll to display accurate accrual balances at the time of processing.
