I have a new hire in HCM that has not synced over to Namely Time, why?

Generally, it can take up to 30 minutes for an employee profile to sync over from HCM to Namely Time. 

Please make sure the employee is assigned a Namely Time Employee Role under the General section within their HCM profile. 

Note: To sync, a Time Employee Role is required.
