Attendance Monitor in Namely Time
How to use the Attendance Monitor in Namely Time.
The Attendance Monitor is a tool that allows users to view employee attendance. You can configure the Attendance Monitor to display employees that have clocked in, or will be clocking in, within a specified date range. Users should configure schedules for employees if they want to see when employees will be performing clock operations.
To set up the Attendance Monitor:

Go to Tools > Other Tools > Attendance Monitor.

Choose information to display in the Attendance Filter drop down. Options include:

Scheduled to be working

Scheduled to start segment

Scheduled to start shift
-
Worked during period
-
Started segment during period
-
Started shift during period

If necessary, use an Employee Filter or Job Code Filter (using the gray buttons) to narrow the results to specific criteria.

Select a time range for viewing hours, or select a predefined time range from the dropdown menu. Use the date range pickers labeled Start date and Stop date as required.

Click the gray Update button to view any employee records that meet your criteria. If you would like to print or save a report containing these employee records, select the gray Download button in the top right corner.
The results will appear on the Attendance Monitor screen.
