OVERVIEW

Work Numbers represent an official Verification of Employment (VOE) or Verification of Income (VOI) for an employee by an employer. Oftentimes, these numbers are needed when you have to provide proof of income. They may be requested by an employee if they are renting, purchasing, or leasing property. 

HOW TO RECEIVE VERIFICATION

Namely partners with Work Number from Equifax to process employment verifications. This partnership allows Work Number to directly provide verifiers and creditors with the requested data. There is no need for employer involvement. No Administrators will be contacted or notified of the request regardless of who it is from. Additionally, employees do not need to do anything within the Namely platform to become eligible, as it is done automatically for you.

TIP:

Employment history from 2018 and onward syncs automatically to the Work Number. Any employment history for employees who were terminated before 2018 will not sync.
