How does the Namely and Greenhouse

When a recruiter hires a candidate in Greenhouse i.e. they click the “hire” button in Greenhouse, the integration will create an employee profile (either as an active profile or as a draft onboarding session) using the candidate’s profile information in Greenhouse e.g. first name, last name, email, etc.
