How does Namely process E-Verify cases on behalf of clients? Is this compliant?

Namely uses a web services enabled employer agent account, a standard type of account supported by E-Verify that allows employer agents (in our case, Namely) to build software to process E-Verify cases on behalf of the client. This is 100% compliant with E-Verify's guidelines.
