State Tax Registration Project Status in Help Community

Clients with open state tax registration projects can now view jurisdiction level updates in their Tax Registration case in the Help Community.

Clients who have open state tax registration projects with Namely's Project Services team can now view each individual jurisdiction's status in the Help Community.

Please note: Clients with open tax registration projects will no longer receive a system-generated weekly email noting the status of their project. Clients should navigate to their cases in the Help Community to view the status of their tax registration projects in real-time.
