Will there be a Teams or Gchat integration with Namely?

This is not currently in development, but we hope to release an integration with additional messaging apps like Teams in the future. We don’t currently have plans to integrate with Gchat.

 

When will the new Org Chart be released?

The new Org Chart is currently live for all clients with fewer than 1,000 employees. We have been releasing in phases and are working to reduce load times for large employee populations before finishing its rollout. If you currently do not have the new Org Chart but would like to have it implemented on your site, please submit a case in the Help Community.

 

Can you export the Org Chart?

Not at this time, but future iterations will support downloading your Org Chart.

You can download the full report here.

 

Do we have the option to turn off Expense Reimbursement, as we use a different tool/system?

Yes. Please reach out via the Help Community to have Expense Reimbursements disabled on your site.

 

Is there an option to add the PTO calendar to Outlook? And is there a way for all employees to view the approved PTO calendar?

To learn how to sync your Namely calendar with Outlook, click here. You can grant a user the ability to see all approved PTO on their access role under the Ability: time off basic view permission

 

How does the onboarding connect with Greenhouse Onboarding since Namely is a preferred partner?

You can set up the integration to result in a draft onboarding session upon marking the employee as hired in Greenhouse. For further details, click here.

 

Does an onboarding task have to be an action item related to Namely or can it be a general company onboarding task?

You can use automated task lists in onboarding however they best suit your needs. They do not need to be related to Namely features.
