Why doesn’t the PTO accrual on my employee's pay stub match what’s displayed in HRIS Time Off?
When a PTO balance on a pay stub does not match what appears in HRIS Time Off, this is usually due to the relationship between the PTO plan's accrual frequency and your payroll calendar. The most likely cause is that you submitted a payroll before the accrual hit the employee's balance.
