When are time off requests deducted from the available balance?

Days and Hours are deducted from an employee's available balance as soon as the time off request is approved.

TIP:

Please note that if the employee has active Carryover their requested time will be deducted from the Carryover balance first. Once the Carryover balance either expires or is exhausted the requests will begin to be deducted from the Accrual balance.
