What do I do if my employee can't log into Namely or reset their own password?
If your employee cannot access Namely using their credentials or they have trouble resetting their own password, you can manually reset their password. For security reasons, Namely will not be able to reset the employee's password on your behalf.
To reset an employee's password:

Update the employee's company email to an email account of your own in their Namely profile.

Example: youremail+1@example.com

This email will be used to receive the password reset email.

Open up an incognito browser window.

Visit your Namely site: site.namely.com.

Enter the email address you used in the first step and click Reset Password.

You'll receive an email to reset the password.

Once the password has been reset, go back to the employee's profile and update the employee's company email back to their original email address.

Provide the employee with the password you created so they can login and reset the password.
