My employee’s data was seen by someone who should not have seen it. What should I do now?
Please reach out to us immediately by opening a case in the Help Community (with "Urgent" in the subject line for added visibility). Be sure to let us know the details of the exposure—who viewed employee data they shouldn't have/which other employee(s) data they were able to view.
Our Service team will review your permissions and shut off any incorrectly exposed access. We will also research the situation so that we can determine the root of the cause and how long the data was exposed.
