How do you hide salary updates from employees?
Permission to view specific profile fields can be configured in the Field Group Bundle Grid
Tip:
All profile fields selected under Basic Read Self are visible to employees on their profiles.
Certain field group bundles, such as the HR Admin Read and HR Admin Edit with ALL listed as the scoping option, will override the Basic Read Self and Basic Edit Self configuration.
To prevent employees from viewing their own salary fields in HRIS:

Go to Company > Settings > Field Group Bundles > View Grid.

Under Basic Read Self, uncheck the selections for Salary and Salary History.

Click Save.
