Custom Naming for Unlimited/Flex PTO Plan Balances

We've added a new field to allow you to provide a custom name for "unlimited" or "flexible" PTO plan balances.

We've created a new field on unlimited accrual PTO plans, allowing you to enter a custom name for the plan's available balance on employee profiles.

You can access the field by going to Company > Settings > Time Off. In the Time Off Amount section, selecting Unlimited time off will surface the Available Balance Name field.



The name you enter will display next to the available balance for the plan on the employee's My Time Off page.


If you don't enter anything in the Available Balance Name field in Company > Settings, then Unlimited will display next to the available balance on the employee's profile.
