What is expansion?

Namely bills customers on a per-employee-per-month (PEPM) basis for each selected module. 

In our client agreement we align with you on the number of employees your company currently has (the commitment amount or “floor”).

If the business adds users to the platform we refer to that as expansion.

Expansion: is the extent to which there are active users in a given month that has exceeded the floor

Notes:

In addition to the recurring subscription fees listed above, which are payable in advance of the subscription period. Client will also be invoiced on a quarterly basis for the additional active resources in excess of the start count for the preceding quarter.
