What is a billable benefits active resource?

A user that has been assigned with a class that has been categorized as benefits eligible.

You can determine whether a user is benefits eligible by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to Payroll.

  2. Go to a user profile and click Demographics to view the class that a specific user is assigned to (ex: Full Time, Part Time, etc)

  1. To determine if a specific class is benefits eligible, please click on the Company tab.

  2. Refer to the Class Name and Disabled Benefits columns.

  • If Disabled Benefits= No, class is benefits eligible

  • If Disabled Benefits= Yes, class is not benefits eligible
