What is a billable HRIS active resource?

If all the following criteria are met:

  1. The user status is set to active employee and the user can log into the platform.

  2. The user is not in pending status.

  3. The user's start date is greater than today.

  4. The user’s email address does not contain “@namely.com”.

Please note that although a profile has a departure date, a user will still be considered active if the above criteria are met as a user’s status is not explicitly tied to the departure date. It is important to review the number of users that have access to the system at any point in time during a month to avoid the user being included in billing in the following month.
