How do I track my paper checks?

Contact Us > Submit A Case and select Payroll as the Product you need assistance with. Next, select Banking & Funding and then Check Inquiries from the Function drop-down. Be sure to include your payroll Client ID (CID) and your Pay Cycle ID with your inquiry. Following these steps and including these details will ensure your case is routed to the correct member of your support team and that they have the information needed to process your request.
Once you have your tracking number, you can track the shipment on FedEx's online portal.

  1. Go to FedEx > Sign Up or Log In.

  2. If you chose Sign Up > Create Account Get User ID > complete the registration.

  3. Go to Tracking > Advanced Shipment Tracking > enter Log In credentials.
