How do I submit a case to my service pod?
If you're a Trusted Contact, you can submit a case to your Service pod by clicking Contact Us and selecting Submit a Case from the drop-down menu.
Select the product you have a question about and then follow the prompts to submit your case.
You can also access case submission from the Namely homepage, under the Browse Resources section.
You can also submit a case by Requesting a Call (which is also available under Contact Us) or by calling the Service line at 1-888-757-4804 from 6 AM to 6 PM PT, for more urgent issues.
