How do I set up a user to have access to Namely Payroll?

In order to set up a user to have access to Namely Payroll, you will first want to ensure that their HRIS role has access to Payroll (i.e. Administrator). This allows them to access the ManagePayroll link directly from HRIS. Once you have their HRIS role configured to access the Manage Payroll link, an admin can go to ManagePayroll > Company > Users, add in the email of the user they wish to add and assign them a role. 

Once saved, the email address cannot be changed. If it is entered incorrectly or changes, a new user will need to be set up and the existing one deactivated.  

TIP:

Users, including employees who are not paid through Namely Payroll, must have a Namely Payroll profile created to access Namely Payroll from HRIS. 

After you have followed the instructions mentioned above to set up the associated email as a user in Namely Payroll, users can also log in directly to Namely Payroll via www.namelypayroll.com.
